I bought some cloth diapers from there last summer. They offered free shipping and a %off your FIRST purchase. They keep track of your mailing and billing address so you can only use the discount once. I didn't find their price to be better than anywhere else without the free shipping and first time discount. I'm always at Target so, it's easy to get a package while I'm already there.
